ALL CHILDREN UNDER 8 yrs of age must be in in appropriate child seats with safety belts on at all times whilst in M4 SERVICES VEHICLES.

M4 SERVICES will be at liberty to discontinue the travel if passengers do not abide to 1.1.

All passengers must wear safety belts in M4 SERVICES vehicles. If any fine is imposed due to the passenger not wearing the safety belt the customer will have to pay in full the cost of the fine.

Passengers are expected to behave curtiously to our drivers and other passengers.

When booking a transfer, our booking staff can only ADVISE the customer on the journey's transfer &pick up times.

M4 services does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. Traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure for european destinations and 3 hours prior to flight departure for long haul flights. You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure however M4services accept no responsibility for any missed flights due to this. All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.

No responsibility for costs to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the uk and not the departing information of the inbound flight.

If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

M4 services use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.

Pricing policy
Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and the amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration.

Waiting time
We do not charge for the 1st hours waiting time after the plane has landed. However if the passenger is stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we would have to charge waiting at a maximum cost of £20/hour pro rata due to the high car park charges.

Tolls / congestion charge
At M4 services all tolls and congestion charges are included in our costs.

Cancellation policy
M4 services will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours notice however there will be a 10% administration/transaction charge. The cancellation must be made via e-mail or by phone 01269 596550.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for a pre-paid journey.
- No refund is made for cancellation of a booking on the day of travel or afterwards.

All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be adressed to M4 services as soon as possible on 01269596550.

Bad behaviour
If any passenger is under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs then M4 services reserves the right to refuse the whole journey for all persons as this could jeopardise our drivers and vehicles and also other road users. This will be regarded as a cancellation of contract and customers will loose their payment and M4 services will not be responsible of any liability or at any loss of the journey. Any damages to the property of M4 services will be redeemed in full and any loss of earnings, including replacement vehicle hire will be paid.
